About MACCHU

Macchu Pisco startte in 2006 toen het werd opgericht door Melanie Asher en haar zus Lizzie. Zij brachten deze typische drank uit Peru naar de rest van de wereld. Hij wordt gemaakt met respect voor de traditie, maar tegelijk hechten de zussen veel belang aan de zuiverheid en complexiteit die moderne drinkers verwachten. Macchu Pisco wordt voor 100% gemaakt van de Quebranta-druif en wordt op volledig natuurlijke wijze geproduceerd. La Diablada is een exclusieve variant in de Acholado-stijl, wat wil zeggen dat het een blend is van verschillende druiven, waaronder Quebranta, Moscatel, Italia en Torontel. Hij is genoemd naar een traditionele dans uit de Andes die de strijd tussen engelen en demonen verbeeldt.
