Cherry Moon Tube Mini is a good example of how Hoenshof in Borgloon brings the fruit-growing tradition of Haspengouw into a distinctive wine style. This is not a classic grape wine, but a Belgian fruit wine built around cherry and sour cherry components such as Kordia, Griotte du Nord and Noordkriek, alongside Muscaris.
Its style is described as an alternative to ice wine: sweet, expressive and made for aperitif or dessert moments. The 10 cl mini tube format makes this version especially suited to a small pour, a tasting serve or a refined end to a meal without opening a full bottle.

Hoenshof Ice Ice Baby Tube Mini is a Belgian fruit wine presented in a playful 10 cl mini tube. It comes from Borgloon in Belgian Limburg and is made around a combination of Muscaris and the apple varieties Greenstar, Granny Smith and Jonagold.
The idea behind Ice Ice Baby is what gives it its personality. Hoenshof describes it as an alternative, slightly rebellious take on ice wine: a wine with a twist rather than a classic still grape wine. The meeting of grape and apple gives the product its fresh, fruit-driven identity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this kind of Belgian fruit wine because it offers a different route into the aperitif moment. It can be served on its own, but it is also used with tonic for a simple, refreshing wine mix.
