Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Grand Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2018 is the estate's top cuvée, built around late-ripening varieties. Mourvèdre is the defining grape in this vintage, supported by Grenache and Syrah, giving the wine its dry, powerful and savoury Southern Rhône personality.
The fruit comes from Château de Beaucastel in the northern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, where the vineyard is described as one continuous estate holding. Rolled stones lie over clay, sand and limestone, and the vineyards have been farmed organically for more than fifty years. This cuvée places particular emphasis on old Mourvèdre vines and on the expression of Beaucastel's terroir.

Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Grand Cuvée Hommage à Jacques Perrin 2019 in magnum is a Rhône red with a very clear identity. Created by the Famille Perrin as a tribute to Jacques Perrin, this cuvée stands apart from the regular Beaucastel Rouge through its strong emphasis on Mourvèdre. For the 2019 vintage, the blend is 60% Mourvèdre, supported by 20% Grenache and 20% Syrah.
The wine comes from the northern part of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation, where Château de Beaucastel owns around 110 hectares of contiguous vineyard.
