Can I also use my loyalty card from the physical shop online?

No, it is not possible to link your online purchases to your B2 loyalty card.  Your online purchases no longer count towards your loyalty card points.

At this time, the opportunity to save points is reserved as a reward for customers who travel to our physical shop.  Shopping online with us has other advantages: You can shop at any time of the day, and we will deliver your order to your door.  We also reduce our shipping fees as the cost of your purchase increases.  That way, you can easily score a discount of up to € 9.99 per order!

Can I pick up my online order in your shop?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your online order from our shop.  This is because the physical processing of online orders does not take place in our shop in Zolder.

Does the stock indication in the web shop apply to the availability in the physical shop?

No, the stock for online orders is physically located in a different location from our shop in Zolder.  The product range and accompanying stock indications therefore only apply to our web shop,  although there is some overlap, of course.

For this same reason:

• There may be items in stock online that we don't have in our shop (anymore).
• There may be bottles in our physical shop that are not (or no longer) offered online.
