Château Belgrave 2014 is a dry red Bordeaux from the Haut-Médoc, made as the grand vin of Château Belgrave in Saint-Laurent-Médoc. The estate is a Cinquième Grand Cru Classé from the 1855 classification, yet the real interest in this bottle lies in its Médoc identity: gravel-based vineyards, Cabernet Sauvignon at the core, and a style often linked to its position close to Saint-Julien.
The 2014 blend is built from 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot. After a difficult start to the growing season, the vintage benefited from an exceptional late summer, particularly helpful for later-ripening varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.

Farina Crianza 2018 is a Spanish red wine from the D.O. Toro in the province of Zamora, produced by Bodegas Fariña from 100% Tinta de Toro. This local form of Tempranillo gives the wine its sense of place: ripe, structured and unmistakably rooted in Toro.
The wine is made from destemmed grapes, with a short pre-fermentation maceration at low temperature followed by 10 to 12 days of alcoholic fermentation. Ageing then takes place for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by at least 2 years in bottle. With the 2018 vintage, that means the wine has moved beyond youthful fruit and into a more developed stage, where maturity, spice and oak influence sit together more calmly.

The fruit comes from Castelnuovo Calcea, within the historic production area around Nizza Monferrato, and is linked to the Tenuta La Court estate. The name Cipressi refers to the cypress trees on one of the estate's hills, a small but evocative detail that ties the wine directly to its place of origin.
The 2019 vintage was modest in volume according to the producer, yet strong in quality. Winter water reserves were followed by a warm, dry summer, while the final month before harvest brought mild days and cool nights. That contrast helped retain freshness and tension alongside the structure associated with Nizza.

Its identity is built around freshness and lightness, with an alcohol level of 9% that gives the wine a particularly easy, crisp feel while keeping the Sauvignon Blanc profile clearly present.
The lower alcohol level is described as the result of very early harvesting rather than dealcoholisation. Fermentation at low temperature further supports the fresh fruit, bright acidity and aromatic Sauvignon character.
