About LA DIABLADA
Macchu Pisco started in 2006 when it was founded by Melanie Asher and her sister Lizzie. They brought this typical drink from Peru to the rest of the world. It is made with respect for tradition, but at the same time the sisters attach great importance to the purity and complexity that modern drinkers expect. Macchu Pisco is made 100% from the Quebranta grape and is produced in a completely natural way. La Diablada is an exclusive variant in the Acholado style, which means that it is a blend of different grapes, including Quebranta, Moscatel, Italia, and Torontel. It is named after a traditional dance from the Andes that represents the battle between angels and demons.
