About GRAHAM'S
Graham's Porto is misschien wel het meest bekende en gerenommeerde onafhankelijke portohuis ter wereld. Graham's zoals het nu is, is het resultaat van een verhaal van twee families over drie eeuwen. Het begon bij William en John Graham, die in 1820 27 vaten porto aanvaarden als betaling van een schuld in hun textielbedrijf. Al gauw beslisten ze om hun energie te focussen op de productie en verkoop van de beste wijnen in de streek. Graham's was een van de eerste portohuizen die investeerde in zijn eigen wijngaarden in de Dourovallei, in 1890. Ook vandaag staan ze nog aan de top op het vlak van de meest moderne en innovatieve technieken bij het wijnmaken. Will my product be properly packaged?
All our orders are packed with the utmost care in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes, and filled with environmentally friendly crumpled cardboard to prevent damage to the bottle and packaging. We try to avoid the use of bubble wrap and other plastic as much as possible.
However, certain boxes and tubes are extremely sensitive to any form of packaging, and a package also goes through a lot before it is delivered to your front door. We offer you the assurance of completely flawless packaging in our shop in Zolder.
Can I ask questions about the product specifications?
Our team strives to supplement photos and product specifications with the utmost care and to keep them up-to-date. Unfortunately, this is not always possible, especially for products with a high rotation, products with multiple versions/packaging and products that are released several times under the same name/denominator/barcode, each time with a different lot number or different bottling date. Because the basic product is the same in such cases, we do not make a distinction in our webshop and we deliver what is in stock at that time.
If you are looking for a very specific release of a product, e.g. to supplement your collection, it is best to contact our customer service in advance so that we can physically check this for you before you place your order . This way we prevent disappointment and unnecessary sending of bottles back and forth.
If the product you received does not match the product information that we communicated in advance, you can choose to return this bottle to us and obtain a return label from our customer service.
Why can I only enter a certain number?
In our webshop you can never order more than the quantity that we can immediately deliver from our stock at that time. For larger quantities, please contact our customer service. In addition, exceptionally popular releases can also be limited in number per customer account.
Can I pick up my online order in your shop?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your online order from our shop. This is because the physical processing of online orders does not take place in our shop in Zolder.

At Drankenshop Broekmans, you pay orders up to €5,000 securely online and free of transaction fees via Multisafepay with:
Bank transfer (no transaction fees, but extra processing time of 1 to 3 days, also for an "instant payment")
You choose the desired payment method when completing your order.

To our regret, the transaction fees on Paypal payments are so high that we cannot accept this payment method without also passing on a very high transaction fee to our customers. As a direct consequence of a number of conflict situations that were handled in a completely unacceptable way, our collaboration with Klarna was terminated with immediate effect to protect our customers from this.
