Returns

How can I return my order?

Ordered the wrong product? 
If you wish to return a product from your order, you can do so up to 14 days after receiving your order.

How do I do this? 

Send an email to service@broekmans.be stating the following:

  • Your details
  • Order number

There is only one way to return your shipment. The cost of a return shipment is your responsibility (actual cost depends on the company you use to return your package).

In the questions below, you can find out more about the costs associated with a refund and when a return is refunded.

Are there any costs associated with returning my order?

The costs for a return shipment are borne by the customer. These costs depend on the company you decide to use to return your package.

Send an email to  service@broekmans.be stating the following:

  • Your details
  • Order number

We will contact you as soon as possible. The cost of the return will depend on the weight of your package and your location.

Please note:

  • As a customer, you are responsible for the return shipmentup until the moment our warehouse has received and processed the return. 
  • Regardless of which option you choose, make sure your package is securely packed so that it will not be damaged  during transport. 
  • Also be sure to keep the shipping receipt until you receive confirmation that your return has been properly received and processed by us.

 

Have you received my return yet?

You will be notified by email as soon as we have received and processed your return.
We will send this email to the email address used to place the order.

When will my return be refunded?

When the return shipment reaches us:

  • In the original packaging,
  • Unopened and undamaged

At that point, we will refund the invoice amount (minus the return costs).
Refunds will be made within 14 business days of the products' arrival at our warehouse. 
We will notify you by email. 

The amount will be refunded to the account you used to place the order .

May I exchange my order?

Did you order the wrong product, and would you like to exchange it for another product?
At Drankenshop Broekmans, it is not possible to make exchanges.
However, you may return the product  and place a new order.

Did you receive a damaged article or the wrong article?

We make every effort to deliver products in good condition .
In spite of this, did you receive a damaged or incorrect article ? 

Contact us at service@broekmans.be within 7 business days of receiving your order.
We will find a suitable solution for you!

Klachtenprocedure

Broekmans.be heeft het Reglement van het UNIZO e-commerce label onderschreven. Dit reglement is beschikbaar op www.unizo.be/e-commerce waar je ook terecht kan om klachten of geschillen buitengerechtelijk te regelen via de klachtenprocedure van UNIZO.

Mochten we er samen toch niet uitkomen, dan kan je als consument terecht bij Safeshops. SafeShops.be zal bemiddelen tussen de consument en de verkoper indien de klacht op het eerste zicht gegrond is. Je kan hen bereiken via het klachtenformulier op https://www.safeshops.be/nl/consumers-complaints/ of schriftelijk: Kapelsesteenweg 195/1, 2180 Ekeren, info@Safeshops.be.

Als je klacht niet opgelost geraakt, kan je ook nog terecht bij de Consumentenombudsdienst voor een buitenrechtelijke regeling van consumentengeschillen.
