Selection des Anges is one of Cognac Ferrand's most prestigious cognacs. It is mainly created by time: a long ageing process over several decades ensures that the elements that make up this cognac slowly but surely gain the necessary complexity, depth and surprising freshness that eventually end up in your glass. The oak barrels in which this cognac matures lie on a base of stamped earth deep in the cellars. The walls have turned black over the years, a sign of the part of the angels that has evaporated.
