When to choose a private account?

  • You do not need a VAT invoice for a company or non-profit organisation
  • You want a delivery outside Belgium: it is not possible to deliver the goods on our webshop within a B2B framework abroad. Business accounts requesting delivery outside Belgium are treated as private individuals and do not receive an intra-community invoice for their purchase. If you are such a customer, you might as well create a private account.

  • The best choice for all enthusiasts, collectors and gift hunters, but also for all non-Belgian customers who want delivery outside Belgium.

BUSINESS

When to choose a corporate account?

  • If delivery in Belgium: you automatically receive a VAT invoice with your company details for every purchase you make with us. This invoice always includes Belgian VAT

    If delivery outside Belgium: business deliveries outside Belgium always fall under the European EMCS regulation, and are therefore only possible when both sender and receiver have a valid excise number. You will therefore always be regarded as a private buyer: you will not receive a VAT invoice for your company and you will not be invoiced intra-community. VAT is always charged and corresponds to the country in which the delivery takes place.
  • The prices shown on our webshop do not include VAT
  • Participation in the loyalty programme is only possible after screening
  • The best choice for VAT-registered companies that want a delivery in Belgium and would like to receive a VAT invoice for it
  • Better not to choose a business account if you have a non-Belgian VAT number and deliveries will also take place outside Belgium
