Since 2024, you have been saving loyalty points on our webshop with almost all your purchases you make with us!
With these Broekmans tokens, you can "unlock" your personal access to exclusives. Limited available bottles that in the past invariably ended up in the hands of investors and speculators will from now on only be purchased with the use of loyalty points.
Using tokens
The number of tokens you have to wager for a certain reference will vary according to supply and demand. There will be products for which you will need a lot of tokens, and others for which you will need a lot less.

Earning tokens
On the other hand, the number of tokens you can earn with a product will also vary. From now on, the products with which you can earn the most tokens per euro spent will be called Token Packs. These items are the most interesting for quickly boosting your token balance.
Why is this a fair system?
We didn't take any chances and built a loyalty programme that we support ourselves and that we think is fair for the enthusiast.
- It is fairer than a lottery, because with us you don't depend on dumb luck to get those beautiful exclusive bottles into your home. It is enough to consistently shop with us to be at the front of the queue at all the exclusives. Moreover, organising a lottery is prohibited by law.
- It is fair for any budget, as the number of tokens is not primarily determined by the price of the bottles. More important than the amounts you spend with us are the products you buy from us. Anyone who is a bit clever and buys the right bottles from us can quickly accumulate a lot of tokens even on a limited budget.
- It's fair for the private individual, because B2B customers active in our industry (wholesalers, liquor stores, hospitality industry, ...) are excluded from the loyalty programme by default, because they trade in larger volumes due to their trading activities and could therefore unfairly accumulate tokens much faster than the private enthusiast for whom we put all this effort.
- It is fair to the aficionado, because the special and exclusive bottlings that are so sought after by speculators and investors typically yield little to no tokens. In other words, if you as an enthusiast buy your favourite spirits from Broekmans, you are at an undeniable advantage.

I always shop at the liquor store in Zolder
Have you always shopped in our liquor shop in Zolder in the past? Then you have the option on our shop to link your loyalty card to your account.
We will then look for your loyalty card and allocate a starting balance based on your purchases in our liquor shop. And you will also accumulate additional tokens on your webshop account for future purchases in our shop!

What if I abuse this loyalty programme?
It is very important to us that this loyalty programme ensures a fair distribution of very limited releases. We therefore take abuse of this programme very seriously.
If abuse is detected, you will be excluded from the loyalty programme. Any accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited immediately, and you will no longer be able to earn new tokens with your future purchases.
For example: placing fake purchases with the aim of artificially increasing the loyalty credit and later returning these purchases will be considered a serious abuse of the loyalty programme, and will result in a permanent exclusion from your customer account and all associated existing and future accounts.
