Product info about Nismes Delclou 1939 50cl
Nismes Delclou 1939 50cl is a French Armagnac where the year immediately sets the tone. The stated distillation date is 1939, giving the bottle a very specific sense of time rather than simply placing it among standard contemporary releases. At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is best understood through its origin, its dated character and its scarcity. The indication that these are the last bottles adds to that sense of limited availability without needing to overstate it.
Bottled at 50 cl and 40% alcohol, Nismes Delclou 1939 keeps a restrained presentation. Its appeal lies in the connection between Armagnac, France and the distillation year 1939.
No specific tasting notes are provided for Nismes Delclou 1939 50cl. For that reason, we do not describe aromas, palate development or finish beyond the information available.

About NISMES DELCLOU
Nismes Delclou is an Armagnac brand from France and carries a history closely intertwined with the tradition of this famous brandy from the Gascony region. Armagnac itself ranks among the oldest distilled beverages in France, existing longer than cognac, and is characterized by a relatively small-scale production at the various houses and producers. The spirits of Nismes Delclou are associated with classic style features of Armagnac: aging in oak barrels which ensures a complex development of aroma and flavor, and a strong focus on the use of traditional grape varieties such as Ugni Blanc, Baco, and Folle Blanche. Although specific details about the founding, distillation location, and ownership of the brand are not always widely available, Nismes Delclou is regarded as an established name among enthusiasts of authentic French Armagnac, with a range varying from younger to long-aged. These bottles appeal to connoisseurs through their characterful, often spicy and fruity style that fits well within the expectations of classic Armagnac from the region. Ideal for those seeking a traditional French brandy with a balanced profile.
