About JAGERMEISTER
Jägermeister is a herbal liqueur from Germany that is often associated with the bitter category. The brand was introduced in 1935 by Curt Mast in Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony, where it is still produced to this day. The name Jägermeister, which literally means hunt master, refers to the hunting culture in Germany and is reflected in the logo with the deer and the cross. Jägermeister is made based on a secret recipe with 56 different herbs, flowers, roots and fruits, which results in a complex and characteristic flavor profile where bitterness, sweetness and spicy notes come together.
