About THE BITTER TRUTH

Toen Stephan Berg en Alexander Hauck, bartenders uit Munchen, in 2006 de London Bar Show bezochten, kregen ze het idee om zelf cocktail bitters te gaan maken en verdelen, omdat ze zo moeilijk te vinden waren in Duitsland. Sinds die beslissing zijn ze een vaste waarde geworden in de cocktailwereld. Naast de bitters maken ze ook een reeks likeuren die stuk voor stuk een meerwaarde zijn als je je cocktails net dat tikje extra wil geven. Abrikoos, violet, vlierbloesem, Golden Falernum en Pimento Dram zijn er een paar van. Overal staan aandacht voor detail, kwalitatieve ingrediënten en een unieke visie centraal. Hun gin is ook een vaste waarde in de drankkast van elke liefhebber.
