About PERRIER JOUET
Perrier-Jouät is a French champagne brand with origins dating back to 1811, when Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Rose-Adëlaïde Jouät founded the house in Épernay, located in the heart of the Champagne region. The brand is known for its floral-style champagnes, which is partly attributed to the relatively high proportion of chardonnay grapes in their blends. Perrier-Jouät produces various cuvées, including the well-known Belle Époque, recognizable by its elegantly painted anemone bottle, a design from 1902 by the artist Émile Gallé. The champagne house owns historic cellars that are designated as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and works with grapes from some of the region's best vineyards. Today, Perrier-Jouät is part of the Pernod Ricard group. Enthusiasts appreciate the champagnes for their fresh, refined character and typically elegant aroma profile, often described as floral, fresh, and lightly fruity. With over two centuries of experience and an unmistakable signature in style and appearance, Perrier-Jouät has earned a recognizable place in the world of Champagne.
