Moët & Chandon Nectar Impérial Demi-Sec shows the bolder, more tropical side of Moët & Chandon. Rather than aiming for a very dry expression, this champagne embraces a demi-sec style, with a dosage of 45 grams per litre giving the wine a fuller, softly sweet impression while keeping its lively edge.Pinot Noir forms the backbone of the blend, with Meunier adding roundness and Chardonnay bringing freshness. A portion of 20 to 30% specially selected reserve wines is included in the final blend, helping to shape the generous house style. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of champagne we like to introduce when someone is looking for something fruitier, richer and more expressive than a classic brut.
Serve it chilled at 10 to 12°C, or over ice if you want to highlight its fruity character even further. The giftbox also makes it a natural choice for giving.
