L'heraud is a French cognac house with roots that go back to the 19th century. The brand is based in the hamlet of Lasdoux in Petite Champagne, one of the esteemed crus within the Cognac region. For generations, the family business has remained true to artisanal traditions. L'heraud's cognacs come exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards, which consist mainly of the ugni blanc grape variety. After distillation in traditional alambic stills, the spirit undergoes a prolonged maturation in limousin oak barrels, which gives refinement to its character.
