Marolo distilleert met passie sinds 1977. Hun producten (grappa, amaro,...) worden gemaakt met oogsten van de beste lokale wijngaarden uit de Langhe, Monferrato en Roero, erkend als werelderfgoed door UNESCO. Hier vind je wijnen als Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera en Moscato D'Asti. Marolo staat voor de geest van het land en trouw aan zijn herkomst. Er wordt gedistilleerd volgens het bain-marie-proces in kleine oplages. Ze nemen de tijd, zodat de smaken optimaal opgenomen worden. Het doel is altijd om het verhaal van de druif te vertellen, zodat elk van hun producten uniek is en een aparte ervaring belooft.
