Grandmont Kümmel brings back a style of spirit that once had an important place as a digestif, but has now almost disappeared from everyday drinking culture. Kümmel is built around caraway and cumin, and in this Grandmont version that spicy core is treated with real delicacy: gently sweet, subtly confectionery-like, and carefully balanced rather than heavy.The Grandmont name is linked to the story of the Grandmontains and to its roots in Haute-Vienne. Through Limoges, described as the historic capital of distilleries, the liqueur is placed within a French distilling tradition focused on authenticity and quality. The Distillerie de Grandmont produces various products. Its foundation lies in the history of the Grandmont people, rooted in the Haute-Vienne. This in itself is a guarantee of authenticity and quality, especially due to the proximity of Limoges, the historical capital of the distilleries. Inspired by a place with a rich history, the Distillerie de Grandmont reinvents old distilled spirits and handcrafts forgotten distilled drinks, paying tribute to the terroirs from which they originate.
