About PASSOA
Passoa is a striking liqueur that is especially known for its distinctive passion fruit flavor and bright color. This fruity liqueur was first introduced in the 1980s and has since secured a permanent place in bars and home cabinets, particularly as a base for tropical cocktails such as the popular Pornstar Martini. Passoa sets itself apart by using real passion fruit, which results in a fresh, sweet and sour taste and the characteristic exotic character. Over the years, the brand has become a favorite among cocktail lovers thanks to its versatility: Passoa can be enjoyed neat over ice, but also works well mixed with soda or fruit juices. In the hospitality industry, Passoa is also often used to give cocktails and sparkling long drinks a fruity boost. The exact production process and the complete list of ingredients are kept discreet, so the recipe remains partly a secret. What is clear, however, is that Passoa focuses on fans of accessible and distinctive tropical liqueurs, who are looking for a contemporary alternative to traditional types of liqueur.
