About BITTERMENS
Bittermen's is the company of Avery and Janet Glasser, cocktail enthusiasts from San Francisco. The story began in 2007, when they created an extract from a Mexican cooking sauce based on strong alcohol and a selection of herbs, peels and other botanicals, which would become the basis of their Xocolatl Mole bitters. In addition to an extensive range of bitters for cocktails, they also offer a series of unique syrups and some liqueurs. Among the liqueurs are the New Orleans Coffee Liqueur, the Citron Sauvage, the Amere Nouvelle and the Hiver Amer. Finally, there is also a unique Tepache, a Mexican-inspired spicy pineapple liqueur. Together they provide a complete foundation for the cocktail enthusiast who wants to take it a step further.
