Valdespino Superior Vinegar 7° sits slightly apart from the bottles people usually associate with a specialist drinks shop. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we therefore keep the presentation just as honest: a Valdespino vinegar for customers who choose kitchen ingredients with the same attention they give to wine, spirits or other carefully selected bottles.

About VALDESPINO
The history of Bodega Valdespino starts in 1264. At that time, Don Alfonso Valdespino was the first to begin growing grapes and aging sherry wines. He had earned the land for this by fighting alongside the Spanish King Alonso and recapturing the city of Jerez de la Frontera from the Moors. Since 1430, there are records of trading activities by Valdespino, and since 1883 they have been purveyors to the Spanish court. Literally hundreds of years of history have shaped this winery. The wines of Valdespino are varied in style, flavor profile, and price range. Apart from the sherry wines for which they are best known, Valdespino also produces, among other things, whisky, rum, and brandy, but also sherry vinegar.
