About FRANCOIS PREMIER
Francois Premier is a French brand that is best known for its Pineau des Charentes, a traditional fortified wine from the southwest of France. Pineau des Charentes is produced by blending young cognac with fresh grape juice from local grape varieties, after which the mixture ages for several years in oak barrels. Francois Premier focuses on an authentic approach, with flavors of ripe fruit and soft wood tones often coming to the fore in their Pineau. The brand has its origins in the Charente region, where it combines family traditions with carefully selected grapes and a controlled production process. The product range of Francois Premier usually consists of both white and red Pineau des Charentes, with the different varieties distinguished by the grape used and the aging period. The style and quality are representative of the region and provide a good impression of what makes Pineau des Charentes so special. Francois Premier targets both lovers of traditional French aperitifs and new explorers wishing to discover these characteristic regional products.
