Our buying advice for Graham's 5x20cl
The Graham's 5x20cl is the perfect choice as a more expensive gift for bon vivants who appreciate high-quality port. This port comes from Portugal and was bottled at 19.8%. The price of this port is somewhat higher, but the taste and quality make it more than worth it.
Flavour notes
This pack is not built around one flavour profile, but around the contrast between several port styles. Fine White is fruit-driven, pale golden in colour, with an almond note. The LBV brings floral esteva aromas together with pine, eucalyptus, blackberry and blackcurrant, supported by full body, fresh acidity, rounded tannins and a velvety texture.Six Grapes stays in the ruby register with ripe plums and cherries, a structured palate and a long finish. The 10 Years Old Tawny moves towards nutty aromas, honey, figs and ripe fruit, finishing soft and long. The 20 Years Old Tawny deepens the mature tawny side with a nutty bouquet, ripe fruit, orange peel, gentle sweetness and a long finish.

Product info about Graham's 5x20cl
Graham's 5x20cl is best seen as a tasting journey rather than a single bottle of port. This gift pack brings together five 20 cl bottles from Graham's: Fine White Port, Late Bottled Vintage Port, Six Grapes Reserve Port, 10 Years Old Tawny Port and 20 Years Old Tawny Port. In one compact set, it introduces several key port styles from Portugal's Douro region. The pleasure of this pack lies in the contrast. Fine White shows the lighter, fruit-driven side of Graham's with an almond note. LBV and Six Grapes move into the ruby family, where dark fruit and structure play a larger role. The 10 and 20 Years Old Tawnies take the tasting in a more mature direction, with nutty, honeyed, fig-like, dried-fruit and orange-peel tones.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we like this selection because it gives port a clear sense of range. It works well as a gift, but it is also a genuinely useful tasting format: five smaller bottles, five perspectives on Graham's, and a natural way to discover which style speaks most to your own palate.

About GRAHAM'S
The story starts in 1820, when brothers William and John Graham founded the house. Soon the Graham's name became synonymous with quality, leading to the construction of the Graham's Lodge in Gaia and the acquisition of the Quinta Dos Malvedos in 1890. That was one of the first times a porto house invested in land in the upper Douro Valley. Eight years earlier, in 1882, one Andrew James Symington had moved from Scotland to Porto to work for the Graham family. There lies the seed of the link between the two families. In 1970, Andrew's grandsons would take over the business from the Grahams and build it into what it has become today.
Graham's wines are still produced and blended using traditional methods. It is master blender Charles Symington himself who tastes all the maturing wines and decides which barrels can be bottled or blended when. There is no scientific analysis involved, it is based entirely on the combined skill and experience of the experienced winemakers in Charles Symington's team.
Graham's has several vineyards, of which Quinta Dos Malvedos is the most important and prestigious - the vines in this Quinta enjoy the best the Douro Valley has to offer: abundant sunshine and reasonable rainfall. Other Graham's vineyards include Quinta do Tua, Quinta da Vila Velha and Quinta do Vale de Malhadas.
