About VALDESPINO

De eerste kiemen van Bodegas Valdespino werden in 1264 gelegd, toen Don Alfonso Valdespino een landgoed in Jerez de la Frontera kreeg van Koning Alonso voor zijn hulp in de strijd tegen de Moren. Intussen is Valdespino hofleverancier van o.a. de Spaanse en Zweedse koninklijke familie. De Valdespino Manzanilla "Deliciosa" is crispy, delicaat en fris. De sherry heeft een lichte strogele kleur met delicate, gistachtige aroma's en minerale tonen. De smaak is droog, fris en crispy met een pittige, delicate afdronk. De Valdespino Manzanilla "Deliciosa" is perfect als aperitief of gecombineerd met zeevruchten en visgerechten. De wijngaard Albariza is gelegen in het unieke Pago de Miraflores in de kustregio Sanlucar de Barrameda. Bijzonder is dat de bodem een zeer hoog gehalte van calciumcarbonaat bevat. De druiven worden biologisch verbouwd en zijn afkomstig van wijnstokken met een gemiddelde leeftijd van 5 jaar.
