About BAILEYS
Bailey's is a staple in many home bars. It is an Irish liqueur based on whiskey and cream. It was the very first Irish Cream liqueur that appeared on the market in 1974. The search for the product was not easy. The goal was to combine two typical Irish products: whiskey and dairy. Technically, a good blend was only achieved when the milk protein was removed from the cream during preparation and added later. As a result, Bailey's is also longer lasting, up to two years. Each year, more than 4 million liters of local milk are used for the production of Bailey's, which is equal to more than 4% of all milk produced in Ireland.
