Château Saint-Pierre 2021 Demi is a 37.5 cl half bottle of red Saint-Julien from the Médoc. This is the grand vin of Château Saint-Pierre, classified as a Quatrième Grand Cru Classé in 1855, presented in a smaller format without changing the identity of the wine itself. It is a practical size when a full bottle feels like too much, but the wish is still for a serious Bordeaux.The 2021 vintage shows the cooler, more classical side of Bordeaux.
