Château Dauzac 2021 is the estate's grand vin: a dry red Margaux from a Château classified as Grand Cru Classé in 1855. The blend is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot, giving the wine a clear Cabernet-led structure with Merlot adding flesh and roundness.The 2021 vintage demanded careful work. A mild, rainy start to the year was followed by a cold, wet spring and a cool, humid summer. The estate points to parcel selection and strict sorting as key factors for quality in this year.
