Château La Dominique 2022 Demi is the grand vin of Château La Dominique, presented here in the 37.5 cl half-bottle format. It is a red Bordeaux from Saint-Émilion, produced by an estate owned by the Fayat family since 1969 and located in the north-western part of the appellation, close to Pomerol.The 2022 vintage reflects a warm, dry growing season. The grapes were harvested by hand, and the blend is led by Merlot, with Cabernet Franc and a small share of Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation lasted 14 months, using a mix of new barrels, one-year-old barrels and a smaller proportion of vessels such as amphorae and wine globes.
