Lune d'Or is the most selective cuvée from Clos des Lunes, produced in limited quantities from carefully chosen grapes grown on old vines.The 2022 blend is 70% sémillon and 30% sauvignon blanc, bringing together breadth, aromatic lift and freshness. Harvesting is done by hand in successive passes, with a particularly strict selection for this cuvée. The winemaking follows a precise, careful path: slow pneumatic pressing, natural settling by gravity, then 12 to 15 months on fine lees in barriques with regular bâtonnage.
