Domaine Reverdy Ducroux Sancerre Grand Chemarin 2024 is a Loire white wine built around a clearly defined place. Grand Chemarin is a separate cuvée from the lieu-dit of the same name, made from Sauvignon Blanc grown on old vines of more than 70 years.
The vineyard sits on a south-east-facing slope at around 270 metres above sea level. The estate describes this origin as giving the wine its fruit, structure and richness on the palate. The 2024 tasting information highlights a clear caillottes expression, ripe yet lively fruit and a chalky backbone that lengthens the texture.

Domaine Reverdy Ducroux Sancerre Grappes Entieres Rouge 2019 brings the red side of Sancerre into focus. Produced in Verdigny-en-Sancerre in the Loire, it is made from Pinot Noir grown on iron-rich clay-limestone soil at the foot of a steep slope, from old vines of around fifty years.
The cuvée name is important here. Grappes Entieres refers to whole-bunch vinification: the bunches go into the vat intact, so the stems play a role in the wine's structure and tannin. During fermentation, the domaine uses small, careful pump-overs and keeps maceration below 28 °C, avoiding excessive extraction from the stems.
