    Chateau D'Esclans The Pale Rosé 2025 is a dry rosé from Provence, from the Var region. It follows the pale, fresh Provençal style associated with The Pale: light in colour, fruit-driven and made to be served well chilled.

    The wine carries the name of Sacha Lichine and belongs to the Château d'Esclans rosé range. For the 2025 vintage, Grenache, Rolle, Syrah and Cinsault are used, sourced from selected terroirs and vineyards in the Var. The grapes are harvested at night to limit oxidation and help preserve aromatic freshness.

    Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Softly pressed juices are selected for the blend, and the wine spends some time on its lees in stainless steel before bottling to (…)
