Chateau La Fleur De Bouard 2022 is a red Bordeaux from Lalande-de-Pomerol on the Right Bank. Merlot forms the backbone of the blend at 82%, supported by Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The result is a wine rooted in ripe fruit and structure, with the kind of depth one expects from this part of Bordeaux.
The estate is based in Néac and was developed in 1998 by Hubert de Boüard. Its vineyards combine clay and gravel soils, and the winemaking is carried out entirely by gravity. That is more than a technical detail: it reflects a careful, parcel-by-parcel approach, avoiding unnecessary pumping of the grapes and must.
Ageing takes place over 15 to 18 months, with a proportion of new oak, giving the young wine a clear impression of (…)Chateau Les Cruzelles 2021

Chateau Les Cruzelles 2021

Château Les Cruzelles 2021 is a red wine from Lalande-de-Pomerol on Bordeaux's Right Bank, shaped by merlot and cabernet franc. The 2021 blend is 65% merlot and 35% cabernet franc, with that relatively high share of cabernet franc giving the wine a notably fresh and aromatic edge.
The estate belongs to the Durantou family and is connected with the family behind Château L'Église-Clinet in Pomerol. Its vineyards are planted on clay and gravel soils close to Pomerol, and the wine was matured in French oak barriques, half of them new. In this vintage, Les Cruzelles is less about sheer flesh and weight than about tension, structure and aromatic clarity.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of Bordeaux we like to present when someone wants (…)Chateau Les Cruzelles 2022

Chateau Les Cruzelles 2022 is a dry red wine from Lalande-de-Pomerol on Bordeaux's Right Bank. With 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, it clearly speaks in a Merlot-led style: ripe fruit, firm structure and a fresh line running through the wine, rather than simple weight alone.
The estate is based in Néac and has been connected with the Durantou family since 2000. The 2022 vintage was made under the direction of Noémie Durantou and Olivier Gautrat. Clay and gravel soils are an important part of the story here, with the clay often linked to the wine's texture, grip and darker, fuller expression.
The 2022 harvest was small, with production of around 16,500 bottles. Maturation took place in oak barrels, 50% of them new, adding detail without moving (…)Chateau Les Cruzelles 2022 Magnum (1,5l)

Chateau Les Cruzelles 2022 Magnum (1,5l)
In stock
Château Les Cruzelles 2022 is a red Lalande-de-Pomerol from Bordeaux's Right Bank, offered here in a 1.5-litre magnum. The estate has belonged to the Durantou family since 2000, and the 2022 vintage is made from 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. That gives the wine a clear Right Bank identity: ripe Merlot depth supported by the structure and freshness of Cabernet Franc.
This was a concentrated vintage, with a relatively small yield and limited production. The wine was vinified in tank and aged in French oak barrels, around half of them new. The oak influence shows through in cedar, spice, smoke and chocolate notes, while the wine remains primarily driven by ripe, fresh fruit.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this magnum as a strong choice for anyone (…)La Chenade 2021

La Chenade 2021 is a dry red wine from Lalande-de-Pomerol on Bordeaux's Right Bank. It is part of Vignobles Denis Durantou, the wine estate also associated with Château L'Église-Clinet in Pomerol and Château Les Cruzelles in Lalande-de-Pomerol, with Noémie Durantou involved in the 2021 vintage.
The distinctive point in this vintage is its composition: La Chenade 2021 is made entirely from Merlot. In other years the cuvée often includes Cabernet Franc, but in 2021 that fruit was used for Château Les Cruzelles. As a result, this release gives a particularly clear view of Merlot from the sandy and gravelly soils of Lalande-de-Pomerol.
The winemaking is described as gentle, aimed more at elegance and drinkability than at (…)Le Plus De La Fleur De Bouard 2022

Le Plus de La Fleur de Boüard 2022 is the parcel selection from Château La Fleur de Boüard in Lalande-de-Pomerol. For this cuvée, the estate works with fruit from old Merlot vines, and the 2022 vintage is bottled as 100% Merlot. The grapes come from a gravel-rich ridge with a proportion of clay, a setting the estate links to ripeness and concentration.
This is a full, firmly built red Bordeaux rather than a light or early-drinking style. Yields were low, with 25 hl/ha noted for 2022, and production is listed at around 10,000 bottles. As these are now the last bottles, it has a particular place at Drankenshop Broekmans for customers looking for a concentrated Lalande-de-Pomerol with real depth.
The winemaking underlines that serious (…)
