Bordiga Aperitivo carries a very clear sense of place. It is produced in Cuneo, in the heart of Piedmont, following a historic recipe from the Bordiga distillery. Its character is built around infusions and distillates of Alpine herbs, some of which are still hand-picked.
Bordiga keeps the process close to home: all ingredients are handled in its own distillery, and the aperitivo is naturally filtered to preserve its authentic character. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is exactly the kind of bottle we enjoy introducing to customers: not just a bitter aperitif, but one with origin, craftsmanship and a distinct aromatic identity.
