Mannochmore 11y Reserve (The Single Malts Of Scotland - Old Reserve Cask)
On request only
Mannochmore 11y Reserve presents a Speyside single malt through the lens of The Single Malts of Scotland, rather than as a standard distillery release. That independent bottler perspective gives the whisky much of its appeal: it is a focused look at Mannochmore with its own selection and presentation.
Distilled in 2009 and aged for 11 years, it was matured in a hogshead and bottled at 48% ABV. The details point to a whisky where the cask supports the spirit rather than dominating the whole experience, with spice taking a more noticeable role than heavy wood influence.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this tend to speak to customers who enjoy discovering Scottish single malts beyond the familiar core ranges. With only the last bottles remaining, this (…)Mannochmore 12y (Flora & Fauna)

Mannochmore 12y (Flora & Fauna)
In stock
Mannochmore 12y is a Speyside single malt Scotch with a straightforward sense of maturity: twelve years old, bottled at 43%, and matured in oak casks. The oak influence is the main thread here, supported by gentler floral, fruity and spicy touches rather than a heavily smoky or coastal style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would place this Mannochmore among the Speyside whiskies for customers who enjoy a malt shaped by cask maturation without peat taking over the conversation. The profile points towards wood as the clearest element, with the lighter accents giving the whisky some lift and detail.
Its appeal lies in that directness: a 12-year-old single malt from Scotland's Speyside region, built around oak, age and restraint rather than an overload of (…)Mannochmore 2008 15y (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)

Mannochmore 2008 15y (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)
On request only
Mannochmore 2008 15y is a Speyside single malt with a very defined identity: a single cask release, bottled at cask strength by Alistair Walker for the Infrequent Flyers series. Rather than presenting a broad house style, it captures one particular cask after 15 years of maturation.
The Barolo finish gives this bottling an extra point of interest within its fruit-led and floral profile. Wood and spice are present, but they sit in support of the fruit rather than taking over. At 54.5%, the whisky keeps the firmness and presence you would expect from a cask strength release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottlings like this are valued because they show a distillery through a very specific lens. With 315 bottles released and the last bottles now available, it is a (…)Mannochmore 2008 17y Awwif (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)

Mannochmore 2008 17y Awwif (Alistair Walker - Infrequent Flyers)
On request only
Mannochmore 2008 17y Awwif is a Speyside single malt with a nicely defined identity: a 17-year-old single cask release from Alistair Walker, bottled under the Infrequent Flyers label at a natural strength of 50.4%.
The key to its character is the long finish of around four years and three months in a Refill Ruby Port Hogshead. That port influence has had time to settle into the whisky, adding generous fruit and warmth without taking over. The result is a charming, open style with enough gentle spice to give it depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of independent Speyside bottling that rewards a little attention: expressive, cask-driven and drawn from one individual cask. With only the last bottles remaining, it also carries the quiet appeal (…)Mannochmore 2011 9y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)

Mannochmore 2011 9y (The Single Malts Of Scotland)
Only 2 left in stock!
Mannochmore 2011 9y is a Speyside single malt built around a very specific snapshot in time: one cask, one maturation period, one small outturn. It was distilled on 5 December 2011 and bottled on 20 January 2021 after 9 years in a Bourbon Barrel.
The appeal here lies in the combination of single cask bottling and cask strength presentation. Only 178 bottles came from this cask, bottled at 60.1% ABV, so the whisky keeps a direct, uncompromised connection to its individual barrel rather than being shaped into a larger batch style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of release we value for its specificity. It is not a general introduction to Mannochmore, but a limited Speyside single malt drawn from one particular cask, now marked among the last (…)Mannochmore 2013 12y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)

Mannochmore 2013 12y (Cadenhead - Original Collection)
On request only
Mannochmore can be especially rewarding when it is presented in a clean, distillate-led way, and this 12-year-old 2013 release does exactly that. Bottled by Cadenhead as part of the Original Collection, it highlights the fruity and floral side of this Speyside single malt with a fresh, lively feel.
Maturation took place solely in bourbon hogsheads, giving the whisky room to show its brightness while adding gentle wood influence and a touch of spice. At 46%, it has enough presence in the glass without moving away from its elegant, approachable style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we like for customers who enjoy discovering independent Speyside whiskies beyond the most familiar labels. With the final bottles now available, it is also a (…)Mannochmore 2014 12y (Douglas Laing Old Particular)

Mannochmore 2014 12y (Douglas Laing Old Particular)
Temporarily sold out
Expected: 28/10/2026Mannochmore 2014 12y is a Speyside single malt bottled by Douglas Laing as part of the Old Particular range, within The Speyside Collection. That collection takes its cue from the landscapes, seasons and whisky tradition of Speyside, while giving each release its own direction through a distinct finish.
For this Mannochmore, the Merlot red wine cask finish brings the fruit to the foreground. The distillery's fresh, fruity side is joined by layers of red fruit, gentle spice and a more gourmand feel, while the malt and wood remain clearly in support. It is a lively style rather than a heavy one, with the finish adding colour and depth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a fine example of Speyside presented through an independent bottler's lens: (…)
