Ninkasi Pinot Noir 0,5l

Ninkasi Pinot Noir 0.5l is a French single malt whisky with a clear wine-cask identity, finished in Pinot Noir casks. That detail gives the bottle its own direction: a whisky shaped by a wine influence rather than by a more conventional maturation story.
Distilled in 2017 and bottled at 46.3%, this release was limited to 3000 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, it stands out as a compact 0.5 litre French single malt with a specific cask finish, now down to the last bottles in stock.
The supplied flavour profile points towards a whisky where wood plays the leading role, supported by lighter floral, spicy and fruity notes. In that sense, the Pinot Noir Finish is not just a label detail, but the key idea behind this Ninkasi release.

Ninkasi Track 04 is a French single malt shaped by maturation in cognac and white wine casks. That cask choice gives the whisky a distinctive angle: the emphasis is less on heavy oak and more on a fruit-driven, floral style, with a gentle touch of spice in the background.
Distilled in 2017 and bottled at 46.3%, this release was limited to 3200 bottles. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as an engaging bottle for drinkers who want to explore French whisky through a wine-influenced lens rather than a heavily wooded profile.
With the last bottles now in circulation, Track 04 also carries a sense of scarcity. In its 0.5 litre format, it offers a focused introduction to Ninkasi's approach to single malt, built around cognac and vin blanc cask character.
