Scapa 10y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, matured in American Oak and bottled at 48%. Rather than leaning on peat smoke or pronounced coastal saltiness, it presents a more restrained profile built around light floral, fruity, woody and spicy tones.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this bottle has a clear role for anyone exploring Orkney whisky beyond the more heavily peated associations of Scottish island malts. The American Oak maturation gives it a defined cask foundation, while the overall flavour profile remains gentle and evenly spread.
With its 10-year age statement and slightly higher bottling strength, Scapa 10y offers a straightforward way to experience the distillery's style without one dominant flavour taking over.

Very last one in stock!
Scapa 1980 16y Kingsbury's Unicorn is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with a strong sense of time and place. Distilled on 2 May 1980 and bottled in June 1996, it captures 16 years of maturation in a single bourbon barrel.
Because it was bottled as a single cask at cask strength, 59.9%, this is not a whisky shaped around consistency from batch to batch. It is the voice of one individual cask, bottled at a specific point in its development. The Kingsbury's Unicorn name only adds to that feeling of a distinctive and scarce release.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, a bottle like this is approached as something for considered appreciation rather than everyday pouring. The vintage 1980 date, the single cask origin, the cask strength bottling and its collectors item (…)Scapa 16y Incl. Box

Scapa 16y is a Scottish single malt from Orkney with its emphasis placed firmly on fruit rather than peat smoke. Sixteen years of maturation give it a sense of development, while American Oak adds a gentle wood influence without turning the whisky into something heavy.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this sits naturally among single malts for drinkers who enjoy maturity and clarity of style. The supplied profile points to a fruit-led whisky, supported by light floral notes, subtle spice and a restrained oak presence.
Bottled at 48%, Scapa 16y has enough strength to feel expressive in the glass while remaining shaped by a refined, non-peated character. It is a good bottle to consider when exploring the softer, fruit-driven side of Orkney single malt.

Scapa 2005 G&m Lmdw
On request only
Scapa 2005 G&M LMDW is a Scottish whisky from Orkney, with the Scapa name at the heart of the bottle. The 2005 reference gives this release a clearly defined vintage identity, while G&M LMDW in the name points to a particular selection or bottling rather than a standard everyday expression.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, bottles like this are the ones we like to point out to customers who enjoy looking at origin and release details as much as the distillery name itself. Orkney gives the whisky a precise Scottish regional setting, and the 45% strength adds a little more presence than a more conventional lower-strength bottling.
With only the last bottles remaining and clear customer interest around it, this is a whisky to consider thoughtfully. Its appeal (…)Scapa Glansa Incl. Box

Only 2 left in stock!
Scapa Glansa is a Scottish single malt whisky from Orkney, bottled at 40%. Its defining feature is the use of a peated cask, giving the whisky a smoky accent without turning it into a heavily peated style.
The flavour direction is restrained and layered in a quiet way: light fruit, gentle spice, a subtle salty note and a modest thread of peat smoke. It gives Scapa Glansa a maritime edge while keeping the overall impression approachable and composed.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a useful whisky to introduce when someone is curious about peat but does not necessarily want a strongly smoky malt. As a no-age-statement single malt, it is more about style and cask influence than about an age declaration.

Temporarily sold out
Scapa Skiren is a Scottish single malt from Orkney, presented without an age statement and shaped around a lighter, clearly defined style. Its American oak maturation brings a gentle wood influence, without turning the whisky into something heavy or oak-led.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a Scapa for drinkers who enjoy subtlety in a single malt: a touch of fruit, a floral lift, mild spice and soft wood all sitting in the same register. It is not a peated whisky, and its character stays focused on those quieter, more approachable elements.
