Willett 2015 10y Rye Single Barrel Itinéraires is a very focused expression of American rye whiskey. Willett Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky, was founded in 1936 and has remained family-owned. Since distilling resumed in 2012, the fifth generation has continued the family tradition with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and cask selection.
This Itinéraires release was drawn from a single barrel and bottled at its natural cask strength of 51.7% ABV. Distilled in 2015 and bottled in 2025, it spent 10 years maturing in white oak. With only 164 bottles, the emphasis here is not on scale but on the individuality of one particular cask.
