Yaguara Cachaça is an organic Brazilian white cachaça created with cocktails very much in mind, yet it has enough identity to stand apart from a simple mixing spirit. It is made to show cachaça in a more refined light, with softness and structure rather than raw force.
The most interesting part is the blend behind it. Yaguara combines cachaça that has rested for 10 months with a family recipe matured for 5 to 6 years in European oak casks. That gives this white cachaça an extra layer of depth, while keeping the style smooth and approachable for cocktail use.

Expected: 06/11/2026Yaguara Cachaca Still Strength is a limited edition white cachaça bottled at 48%, undiluted and drawn from the 2021 harvest. It is all about showing cachaça in a more immediate form, close to the way it comes from the still.
The idea came from bartenders around the world who asked for a stronger, purer version of Yaguara. Rather than being matured in the same way as the classic Yaguara Cachaca, this release is bottled directly after distillation, keeping the raw and authentic side of the spirit in focus.
