Product info about Scrappy's Orleans 148ml
Scrappy's Orleans 148ml is an American bitter with a clear aromatic signature. Anise takes the lead, supported by citrus brightness, a touch of cinnamon and a bitter floral finish. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as the kind of cocktail ingredient that brings definition rather than volume. A few measured dashes can shape the direction of a drink, adding spice, freshness and a dry bitter edge. The 148 ml bottle and 47% strength underline its concentrated character.
What makes Scrappy's Orleans stand out is the way its anise note is framed: lifted by citrus, warmed by cinnamon and finished with a floral bitterness that keeps the profile sharp and expressive.
The aroma is fresh and aromatic, with anise clearly at the centre. Citrus adds brightness, while cinnamon brings a warmer spicy layer.
On the palate, the anise character remains pronounced, balanced by citrus freshness and gentle spice. The finish is bitter and floral, leaving a dry, aromatic impression.

About SCRAPPY'S
Miles Thomas, a bartender from Seattle, did not find what he was looking for when it came to bitters. He wanted better quality and more surprising flavors. So he dove into research about the ingrediënts and the production processes of bitters. He discovered that the same ingrediënt could be processed in different ways, each leading to a different result. After years of research, he launched Scrappy's Bitters in 2008. His products are still made in Seattle, by a small but very experienced team. The basis of their philosophy? Living well also means drinking well, so you deserve only the best in your glass.
