About SCRAPPY'S
Miles Thomas, a bartender from Seattle, did not find what he was looking for when it came to bitters. He wanted better quality and more surprising flavors. So he dove into research about the ingrediënts and the production processes of bitters. He discovered that the same ingrediënt could be processed in different ways, each leading to a different result. After years of research, he launched Scrappy's Bitters in 2008. His products are still made in Seattle, by a small but very experienced team. The basis of their philosophy? Living well also means drinking well, so you deserve only the best in your glass.
