About SCRAPPY'S

Miles Thomas, een bartender uit Seattle, vond zijn gading niet als het over bitters ging. Hij wilde betere kwaliteit en verrassender smaken. Dus dook hij in de research over de ingrediënten en de productieprocessen van bitters. Hij ontdekte dat je hetzelfde ingrediënt op verschillende manieren kon verwerken, wat telkens tot een ander resultaat leidde. Na jaren onderzoek lanceerde hij Scrappy's Bitters in 2008. Zijn producten worden nog steeds gemaakt in Seattle, door een klein maar zeer ervaren team. De basis van hun filosofie? Goed leven betekent ook goed drinken, dus je verdient alleen het beste in je glas.
