About G'VINE
G'vine is a French gin that is produced in the wine region around Cognac, a region that is internationally mainly famous for wine and cognac, but since the beginning of this century has also made a name for itself with innovative spirits such as gin. Instead of the usual grain alcohol, G'vine uses neutral alcohol based on grapes, derived from the Ugni Blanc grape. This provides a remarkably smooth and floral base, which distinguishes G'vine from many other brands. Various botanicals are added to this base, including juniper, cardamom, ginger, licorice, lime, coriander and the flower of the grapevine itself, which contribute to the aromatic character of the gin. G'vine is made by Maison Villevert, a family business near Cognac that is known for experimenting with French raw materials to develop new spirits. The brand has existed since 2006 and has since secured a permanent place within the premium segment of gin, partly thanks to an elegant appearance and the characteristically smooth flavor profile. The range includes, among others, G'vine Floraison and G'vine Nouaison, each of which is slightly differently balanced in terms of botanicals and versatility.
