Flavour notes
Kiyoko sets the flavour direction with a profile that is sweet and fresh at the same time. Citrus zest comes through clearly, joined by yuzu sorbet and a subtle hint of sour lemon candy. In a spritz-style serve, that yuzu freshness remains the central note, giving the combination a bright citrus character with a gentle play between sweetness and acidity.

Product info about Yuzu Spritz Cocktail (Yuzu + Loron Cremant)
This Yuzu Spritz Cocktail set brings together Kiyoko Yuzu Infused Aperitif and two bottles of Loron Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs. It is built around a clear idea: a spritz with a distinctly fresh yuzu accent, rather than a standard aperitif serve.Kiyoko comes from the Kansai region on Honshu, with an artisanal tradition dating back to 1889. The yuzu fruit is hand-picked and pressed straight away to preserve its freshness. The juice used for Kiyoko is pure, never concentrated, and made without additives or artificial aromas.
There is also a sake element at the centre of the aperitif. Kiyoko's toji, or master brewer, balances the pure yuzu juice with Junmai saké, made with Gohyakumangoku rice and Miyamizu water from Mount Rokko. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this set stands out as a refined way to give the aperitif moment a Japanese citrus signature.
The set contains 1 bottle of Kiyoko Yuzu Infused Aperitif and 2 bottles of Loron Crémant de Bourgogne Blanc de Blancs. Kiyoko itself is 8% alcohol and is best served well chilled, either neat or as a subtle ingredient in a spritz.

About SET
Sadler's Brewing Co in Birmingham brings "The Peaky Blinder Gang" back to life. This street gang was famous and notorious in the streets of Birmingham in the 19th century. With their typical clothing - never without a long coat and hat - they terrorized the neighborhood with their robberies and violence. They were often found in the bars owned by Sadler's at that time. In order not to forget these legendary tough guys, Sadler's now brings this hugely popular range to the market!
