Ulrich Vermouth Bianco is a Marolo vermouth where the name itself gives the clearest direction: a bianco-style vermouth, bottled at 16% alcohol. No further origin, production or botanical details are supplied, so the most honest way to present it is to keep the focus on what is actually known. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we would position this as a straightforward choice for customers specifically looking for a Marolo bianco vermouth rather than a generic vermouth bottle. About MAROLO
Vermouth di Torino is made according to a process protected since 2017 to guarantee quality. All vermouths from Marolo comply with the requirements of this process. They even go a step further, as they rely on an original recipe from Domenico Ulrich from 1854. Only wines from Piemonte are used and the other ingrediänts are processed according to traditional methods. In this way, Marolo remains true to the philosophy they also follow for their grappa: by using local products and methods, they represent the spirit of the land where they live.
