Flavour notes
The aroma is generous, with ripe fruit, warm spices and a subtle floral lift. On the palate it begins sweet, showing hints of red fruit before the botanical side starts to build. As it develops, a lightly tannic bitterness gives structure, supported by notes of spiced roots. The finish is long and persistent, gently drying, with spicy and bitter tones lingering in the mouth.

Product info about Bordiga Rosso + Tube
Bordiga Rosso + Tube is a Vermouth di Torino Rosso with a distinctly Italian wine-driven identity. It starts from a white Cortese base, to which Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont is added. Infusions of herbs and roots then bring the aromatic depth that gives this vermouth its firm, layered personality. The pleasure here is in the progression. It opens with a sweet note, then gradually moves towards a persistent, lightly tannic bitterness. That shift gives it more grip and definition than a straightforward sweet red vermouth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of bottle we place in front of customers looking for a red vermouth with real wine character and botanical complexity. At 18% alcohol and presented as Bordiga Rosso + Tube, it also has the presence to work well as a thoughtful gift or as a distinctive aperitif bottle.
The aroma is generous, with ripe fruit, warm spices and a subtle floral lift. On the palate it begins sweet, showing hints of red fruit before the botanical side starts to build.
