Bordiga Aperitivo
In stock
Bordiga Aperitivo carries a very clear sense of place. It is produced in Cuneo, in the heart of Piedmont, following a historic recipe from the Bordiga distillery. Its character is built around infusions and distillates of Alpine herbs, some of which are still hand-picked.
Bordiga keeps the process close to home: all ingredients are handled in its own distillery, and the aperitivo is naturally filtered to preserve its authentic character. At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is exactly the kind of bottle we enjoy introducing to customers: not just a bitter aperitif, but one with origin, craftsmanship and a distinct aromatic identity.
At 16% alcohol, Bordiga Aperitivo sits comfortably in the Italian aperitivo tradition, with citrus brightness, herbal depth, rhubarb (…)Bordiga Bianco

Expected: 06/11/2026Bordiga Bianco is a Vermouth di Torino Bianco with a clear Piedmontese identity. It is built on quality wines from Piemonte, alpine botanicals still hand-picked by mountain residents around Cuneo, and exotic spices. That combination gives the vermouth a sense of place as well as a traditional, carefully made character.
The process is deliberately unhurried. Before bottling, the vermouth matures for 40 to 50 days, followed by at least another 15 to 20 days of rest in the cellars at a constant temperature of around 10 degrees Celsius. Filtration is kept natural, using cooling and natural paper filters.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, Bordiga Bianco stands out as a vermouth for customers who appreciate more than just sweetness or aroma: this is about Piedmontese wine, (…)Bordiga Bianco 37,5cl

Bordiga Bitter Rosso
In stock
Bordiga Bitter Rosso is an Italian bitter liqueur with a clearly defined herbal and bitter profile. At 21% alcohol, it is a little stronger than a typical aperitivo, and that extra weight gives its fruit, herb and gentian notes a more pronounced presence.
It has the structure to stand up well in classic cocktails such as a Negroni or an Americano, where bitter orange and gentian can really shape the drink. With a splash of soda, it remains direct and refreshing, but never disappears into the background. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a fine choice for anyone building a more characterful Italian aperitif or cocktail selection at home.
What makes Bordiga Bitter Rosso engaging is its focused bitterness: citrus fruit, gentian, subtle spice and floral (…)Bordiga Bitter Verde

In stockBordiga Bitter Verde brings back the spirit of the old Amaricante Verde in an Italian bitter with a striking green identity. Its appeal is not just visual: the style is built around herbal and floral notes, giving the drink a clear botanical personality.
Bordiga's strength lies in its traditional approach to alpine medicinal herbs. The botanicals are wild, hand-picked and dried at high altitude by mountain inhabitants. They are harvested without machines, pesticides, fertilisers or fungicides, with careful attention to quality and respect for the natural environment.
Production follows the rhythm of the seasons and climate variations, so the raw materials remain closely linked to their place of origin. Once harvested, the herbs are carefully checked by the (…)Bordiga Excelsior

Bordiga Excelsior is an Italian vermouth with a notably serious wine-based identity. Made from a blend of Cortese and Barolo, it has the depth and structure to move beyond simple sweetness and into a richer, more contemplative style.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of vermouth we would introduce to someone looking for an after-dinner drink with substance. It opens with sweetness, then gradually turns toward lasting bitterness, light tannic grip and spicy nuances.
Bordiga regards Excelsior as the flagship of its vermouth production, and that shows most clearly in its long, assertive finish. It is full, rich and persistent, with a character that stays with you after the glass.

Bordiga Excelsior is an Italian vermouth with a confident, generous style. Made from a blend of Cortese and Barolo, it has more depth than a simple light aperitif vermouth. There is a clear sense of richness here, with a flavour journey that moves rather than standing still.
It begins on a sweet note, then gradually develops into a persistent bitterness, supported by gentle tannins and spicy nuances. That makes it especially suited to a considered drink after dinner, when its length and structure have room to unfold. The 150 cl bottle also gives it a convivial feel, made for sharing rather than pouring in haste.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bordiga stands out for customers who see vermouth as a serious drink in its own right. Bordiga regards Excelsior as (…)Bordiga Extra Dry

Bordiga Monasticus

Bordiga Monasticus is an artisanal Italian amaro from Cuneo in Piedmont, shaped by the idea of monastic herbal tradition. It speaks to that old digestive liqueur culture where herbs, flowers, roots and spices are used with purpose rather than decoration.
Made according to the historic recipe of Cavalier Pietro Bordiga, Monasticus brings together alpine botanicals in a style that feels fresh, spicy and elegantly bitter. At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see it as a thoughtful after-dinner amaro: expressive, herbal and refined, without needing to be heavy.
With an alcohol strength of 28%, it sits comfortably in the digestive liqueur tradition. Served neat, its herbal structure comes through clearly; over ice, the fresher and lightly mentholated side becomes even (…)Bordiga Rosso

Bordiga Rosso
In stock
Bordiga Rosso is an Italian vermouth with a distinctly wine-driven character. It starts from a white Cortese base, then gains extra depth through the addition of Nebbiolo wine from Piemonte. That gives this Vermouth di Torino Rosso a firm vinous backbone rather than making it feel simply herbal or sweet.
The botanical side comes from carefully blended infusions of herbs and roots. Its character moves from an initial sweetness into a more persistent, lightly tannic bitterness, giving it structure and aromatic complexity. It is versatile, but with enough definition to keep its own voice.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this is the kind of vermouth we like to point out to customers looking for more than a straightforward aperitif. Bordiga Rosso brings together wine, (…)Bordiga Rosso + Tube Tube Incl.

Bordiga Rosso + Tube is an Italian Vermouth di Torino Rosso with a distinctly wine-led personality. It is made from a base of white Cortese, with Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont added before the blend is shaped by infusions of herbs and roots. That combination gives it more than simple sweetness: there is structure, aromatic depth and a firm red vermouth character.
What makes it especially engaging is the way it develops. It opens with a sweeter note, then gradually moves towards a more persistent bitterness with a lightly tannic, spiced edge. That makes it a flexible vermouth, enjoyable in a straightforward serve with ice or in a cocktail where the vermouth should remain clearly present.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, this Bordiga Rosso sits well among vermouths with (…)Bordiga Rosso 37,5cl

Bordiga Rosso 37,5cl is an Italian Vermouth di Torino Rosso with a strongly wine-driven personality. It starts from a white Cortese base, then gains extra depth through the addition of Nebbiolo from Piedmont. Infusions of herbs and roots bring the aromatic lift and bitter structure that give this vermouth its distinctive shape.
Its charm lies in the way it moves from sweetness to grip. The first impression is rounded and generous, with red-fruit notes, but the profile gradually becomes more complex as a lightly tannic bitterness and spicy root character come forward. It feels versatile, yet still firmly rooted in the classic idea of a red Italian vermouth.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this 37.5 cl bottle as a very useful way to discover Bordiga Rosso (…)Bordiga Rosso Bio

Bordiga Rosso Bio is an Italian red vermouth with a distinctly wine-led personality. It starts from a base of white Cortese, to which Nebbiolo wine from Piedmont is added. That Piedmontese wine element gives the vermouth a firmer, more vinous feel than a purely sweet and herbal style.
The character is shaped further by carefully blended infusions of herbs and roots. What makes it engaging is the way it develops: an initial sweetness gives way to a more persistent bitterness, with a lightly tannic edge that keeps the finish structured and dry enough to remain interesting.
At Drankenshop Broekmans, we see this as a vermouth for those moments when a Rosso may be versatile, but should still have substance. It has the aromatic complexity for aperitif drinking and (…)
