L'Esprit De Chevalier 2021 White is the second white wine of Domaine de Chevalier, from Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux. It is closely tied to the identity of the estate: fruit from younger vines and selected lots that do not go into the Grand Vin, but still need to reflect the precision and style of Domaine de Chevalier.The 2021 blend is 65% Sauvignon Blanc and 35% Sémillon, giving a dry white Bordeaux with freshness, definition and a clear citrus-driven line. The grapes were harvested by hand in small crates in September, with selective picking according to ripeness. Fermentation in barrel and around ten months of ageing on the lees add texture and depth to the wine, while keeping its lively character intact.

Domaine De Chevalier is a well-known wine producer from the French region of Bordeaux, specifically located in Pessac-Léognan, an area that falls within the Graves appellation.
