Château Rahoul Blanc 2022 is a dry white Graves from Bordeaux with sémillon very much at the centre of the blend. For this vintage, the wine is made from 87% sémillon and 13% sauvignon blanc, giving it a style built on texture, ripe white and yellow fruit, and a citrus freshness that keeps the wine precise.The white grapes come from Château Rahoul's Graves vineyards, planted on sandy-gravel and clay-gravel soils. They are hand-harvested, then pressed under inert atmosphere to help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. Fermentation takes place in barriques, followed by around eight months of ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage. That lees and barrel work gives the wine more breadth and mouthfeel than a simple crisp white Bordeaux.
