Château Rahoul Blanc 2022 is a dry white Graves from Bordeaux with sémillon very much at the centre of the blend. For this vintage, the wine is made from 87% sémillon and 13% sauvignon blanc, giving it a style built on texture, ripe white and yellow fruit, and a citrus freshness that keeps the wine precise.
The white grapes come from Château Rahoul's Graves vineyards, planted on sandy-gravel and clay-gravel soils. They are hand-harvested, then pressed under inert atmosphere to help preserve freshness and aromatic detail. Fermentation takes place in barriques, followed by around eight months of ageing on fine lees with bâtonnage. That lees and barrel work gives the wine more breadth and mouthfeel than a simple crisp white Bordeaux.

Château Rahoul Rouge 2016 Magnum is a red Graves from Bordeaux in the generous 1.5-litre format. It is the red grand vin of Château Rahoul, an estate in Portets with a history dating back to 1646. The 2016 vintage saw a wet period followed by extended drought, with warm and sunny weather in the second half of September helping the red wines develop colour, tannin and concentration.
The blend is led by merlot, supported by cabernet sauvignon and a small proportion of petit verdot. The grapes come from sandy gravel and clay-gravel soils in Graves, and the estate works separately by grape variety and soil type. Manual sorting, a cold pre-fermentation maceration and 12 months in barriques, with a moderate share of new oak, all form part of the wine's production.

Chateau Rahoul Rouge 2022 is a red Graves from Bordeaux with merlot at the centre of the blend. The 2022 vintage is made from 59% merlot, 36% cabernet sauvignon and 5% petit verdot, giving a wine built around ripe dark fruit, structure and a savoury, spicy depth. It is the main red wine of Chateau Rahoul, from the Graves area, where sandy gravel and clay-gravel soils shape the style.
The grapes are vinified in separate lots in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with cold pre-fermentation maceration used for selected parcels. The wine then spends 12 months on fine lees in oak barrels, 18% of them new. That ageing adds another layer to the fruit: discreet wood influence, earthy tones and a firmer Graves character.

Chateau Rahoul Wit 2020 is a dry white wine from Graves in Bordeaux, and it is the estate's white grand vin. White wine represents only a small part of Château Rahoul's vineyards, so this bottle has a more particular role within the domaine's range.
The 2020 vintage is made from 53% Sémillon and 47% Sauvignon Blanc. That combination is central to the wine's personality: Sémillon gives texture, shape and a slightly waxy depth, while Sauvignon Blanc brings freshness and aromatic lift. The grapes are hand-harvested in the cool of the morning and handled carefully to limit oxidation.
Fermentation takes place in oak barriques, followed by around 8 to 9 months on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. The result is a white Graves with more (…)
